2005 Honda Pilot Key Fob Hands Free Lock not working

I have changed the battery & it still does not work. I refuse to take it to the dealer, for they will charge me an arm & a leg just to look at it. Any way I can fix this myself. It has been out of commission for about 2 yrs now & even my spare key doesn't work.

Is all the doors not unlocking? If it is the keyless remote is the problem.
