I would like to know where the cabin air filters are located and if there is more than one of them.
are there good after market filters available and, if so, do you recommend any particular brand

I do not actually have a "smell" issue with the car but did not know what other category to choose.

you have just one cabin filter and it is located behind the glove compartment area. i would recommend a BOSCH air filter. they work much better than the cheaper ones, but they are a few dollars more (around $30 ). CHAMP is also a good brand of cabin filters, but they are not quiet as good as the BOSCH. CHAMP filters are around $20 - $25 normally.
