Blower motor noise

A/C and heater work great, when the fan is set med and higher there is a loud almost fluttering noise behind the glove box. I replaced the cabin filter and sucked out all the debris in there, noise did not go away. ONLY hear the noise when the fan is set to med or high... Do I need to replace the a/c-heat blower motor?

Debris could be inside the blower motor, I would remove the blower motor and inspect for debris in there first.If clear it is most likely a bad bearing in the blower motor.. Pretty easy fix
