2002 Honda Passport Check Engine Light

The check engine light ('02) won;t come on, so I can't pass smog. I checked all the fuses already, any ideas?

I don't understand, write that again? are you saying when the emissions tech tried to command the o2sensor light on it wouldn't come on?. If this is your question then it sounds like you have a faulty bulb inside your instrument cluster
