You need to use a thin tool, I use a pick, and a brake spoon to back the adjuster off, push the adjusting lever away from the starwheel, and back off the adjustment.
Some Hondas have a bearing in the center and the nut needs to be removed. If you have this typr it should come off easily after the nut is removed, If the lugs are pressed onto the drum, put the tire on with two nuts and pull drum that way(extra leverage) Some parts may come with it!
