1999 Honda Passport 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I get trouble code P0304 in my 99 honda passport I know this mean cilynder 4 misfire detected I replaced the spark plugs, the coil and still getting this code , could be the fuel injector? sound like is working I real confuse any ideas? thanks
