1999 honda passport 3.2 camshaft on left head will not turn trying to pu in time

Hi 1999honda,

If the timing has skipped time, lower the pistons by turning the crankshaft by 15 degrees before attempting to turn the camshafts. Always turn one at a time and keep valves at minumum lift to avoid the valves from clashing when turning the camshafts.

Return the poiston to TDC after getting the camshafts correctly aligned.
