1998 Honda Passport transmission/starting

transmission slips when engine is cold,also car just clicks when trying to start,then it starts after a few clicks.

The starter seems to be the problem causing the clicking and non cranking intermittently.

As to the transmission slipping when cold, it could be failing. Check the trans fluid level and condition. Replace if necessary.
