1998 Honda Passport 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 106xxx miles

When i step on the gas to accelerate, the light dims inside the cabin. I recently replaced the battery so i ruled the out, what could be the problem? ABS light in the dash is also on as well. thanks for the help

Hi Marck,

The ABS indicator light staying on indicates a fault with the anti-locking brake system and you need to retrieve the trouble code to proceed with rectification.

For the dimming of the lights when accelerating, check the beltings and crank pulley. If the harmnonic dmper is bad, it would affect the charging system.
