1997 Honda Passport alternator

alternator stoped charging checked battery cables with volt meeter to confirm found not working took alternator off took to parts store they checked said it was bad i put new alternator on car and it still will not charge checked fuseable links and fuses all are good checked charge wire on back of alternator to batterie for contnuity checked good what do i do next please help

Did you check all fuses in both fuse/relay centers? The PCM controls the charging of that alt, but there are 2 fuses in the system as well. I take it that it wasnt putting out at the back of the alt either?
