i need information on removing driver side front axel

FRONT DRIVE AXLE ASSEMBLY AND ASSOCIATED PARTS REMOVAL 1.Jack up the vehicle and support it using jack stands. 2.Remove the tire and wheel. 3.Remove the drain bolt to drain differential oil.

NOTE: 1.During the work, be sure that the differential case is supported by the jack. 2.Remove the brake caliper fixing bolt and hang the caliper. 3.Remove the antilock brake system speed sensor. 4.Remove the locking hub assembly (Disc, back plate and knuckle), refer to Wheel Hub; Service and Repair. 5.Disconnect the knuckle and the suspension arm. 6.Disconnect tie-rod end from knuckle. 7.Remove suspension crossmember. 8.Remove propeller shaft, refer to Drive/Propeller Shaft; Service and Repair.

9.Disconnect breather hose (1) from front drive axle tube. 10.Disconnect vacuum hose (2) from actuator. 11.Remove hose clip. 12.Disconnect shift switch connector (3).

13.Remove mounting bolt and nut. 14.Remove washer. 15.Remove the mounting bracket fixing bolt.

16.Lower the vehicle and disconnect the RH front drive shaft assembly, then remove the front axle case assembly and front drive shaft assembly (LH). 17.Remove front drive shaft assembly (RH).
