Hi,
1997 Honda acord, 170,000 miles, 4 cylinder...

I have been experiencing fogging of the car's front window and eventually all the windows. window periodically. Turning on the air conditioner removes the moisture and defogs. The fogging happens with heater on or off. This condition has exited for about 2 years. Recently, I started hearing a Kind of a Hiss sound when I make a "quick" left turn (only). After that a small amout of water drips onto the floorborad on the passenger right front passenger side . The car does not overheat - gage is consistant. I do notice the the engine fan has started to come on when thecar is turned of - did not do this as frequently as it is doing so now.
Otherwise the starts and runs great ...

I would say your problem is a clogged vent pan. (not sure the technical name) The rain runs in the hood vents where the air is supposed to enter, this is normal, and then the water is supposed to drain out down a hose to the ground. However, when this hose or drain gets clogged the moisture can drip in to the car. The water can also cause the car to fog up. Look under the car for the hose. you should see two, one for the A/C drain and one for the vent drain.
