New Brake Pads - Honda Accrd Cpe 95 -4Cycl. 174K Miles

I had new brakes pads put on and a few mos later they started squealing. Sears told me its normal for new brakes. I then returned to the store and they put on new ones. The same thing happened and now the problem is worse. It sounds like I am killing a pig. What could be the deal with the squeal.. Thanks..

Poetry. Did they replace the rotors? If not, did they have them turned? What kind of pad did they install, was it a ceramic, composite, etc? I suspect the rotor but let me know what was done.
