engine noise

I have a 94 Integra GSR and I hear a knocking sound when I rev the engine from 2500 to 3500 rpm and the idle stays above 1000 rpm and it fluctuates. I need to know what to do to fix this issue. Thanks

Sounds like you have early stages of a spun rod bearing.
