'94 Integra Idling funny..trottle adjustment help?

hey everyone. i have a '94 integra which has a swapped B18B1 engine with only 40,000 km's on it. An when i don't drive it for a couple days, then go to start it, the idle goes nuts.. it revs up and down.. what needs to be done? just a trottle adjustment? er what?! i'm not great with engines. the help would be awesome! thanks.

Does the throttle settle down eventually after the engine warms up? Coolant level in the engine is important and no air in the system. Try bleeding the coolant. There are other things that cause the surging as well including the IAC (idle air control) and the air intake sensor. No Check Engine Light?
