2009 Other Honda Models temperature

Hello there! I just purchased a 2009 Honda Fit and the air conditioning is questionable. I live in the desert where it's about 105 degrees. The air conditioning works for about 8-10 seconds and then there is a burst of warmer air for about 5 seconds and this cycle keeps repeating itself. This isn't normal is it? My other cars don't do this.

No not normal I assume dealer is miles away but thjat's where you need to be warrenty Jaime
