2002 Other Honda Models jerk at low speed

Hi guys !
I have recently bought a 2002 honda jazz auto vti [1.5 litre] car.I have found that when i drive it below 50 it starts jerking,but on motorway it drives ok.also if i stop at signal light & try to move after, it takes a while to catch speed & jerks & sometimes stop.iIf i restart it it drives ok.this jerking prob is driving me nuts.any advise.many thanx

Check and test the following below:

Oxygen Sensor
Catalytic Converter
Dirty fuel injectors (cleaning the injectors often fixes this).
Bad MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor
Bad TPS (throttle position) sensor
Bad or dirty MAF (mass airflow) sensor
Low fuel pressure (leaky fuel pressure regulator or weak fuel pump)
Vacuum leaks (intake manifold, vacuum hoses, throttle body, EGR valve)
Bad gasoline (fuel contaminated with water or too much alcohol)

Sometimes, what feels like a hesitation is actually ignition misfire rather than lean misfire. The causes of ignition misfire may include:

Dirty or worn spark plugs
Bad plug wires
Weak ignition coil
Wet plug wires
Cap and Rotor
