1995 Other Honda Models Squealing in the rain

1995 Other Honda Models Two Wheel Drive Manual 125000 miles

Hi, My 1995 Honda integra is making squealing noises mostly when it rains but recently when it dosen't.
Hubby has sprayed belt lubrication on the belts but it still seems to be doing it, just not so regulary.

Do I need to replace the fan belt (does it have a timing belt)?

Could be a driven components such as the alternator/power steering/AC compressor that's making the squealing noise-start disconnecting belt one at a time
