I need to kown where does the Pully TDC sit and and how must the cam timing be set.

I have bought a new motor, and installed it, but the car does not have any power. It jurges when you pull away.

YEAR : 1995 MODEL
MAKE: HONDA BALLADE LUXLINE 1500
ENGINE: 4 VELVE
