Hard to follow your sentences, but are you asking about a repair manual? If so, go to any parts store and they should either have one or can order it in quickly. Otherwise, check library or online. I assume you need both and alignment and a new timing belt. The align is best farmed out to the pros but the timing belt is a doable project with the manual by your side.

Suggested Repair

Get a repair manual from a parts store, library, or online. Have the alignment done by a professional shop. The timing belt can be replaced as a DIY job with the manual as a guide.
