2008 Honda Odyssey Automatic Locks

How does one disable the automatic locks? It is obnoxious to have to unlock them EVERY time one gets out of the car before opening the back doors...

It should be in the owners manual on how to change the autlock feature. I did it with mine so it unlocks when I put it in park. Hope this helps!
