2007 Honda Odyssey recent brake work

Last week had the 30,000 mile service done at dealership where purchased. Needed brakes done, front and rear. Charge was $550.00 for the pads and resurfacing. Was charged an additional $129.95 for the brake fluid flush and to bleed lines. This seems excessive on top of $550.00. Isn't the brake fluid usually part of a brake job? Should I have been charged extra? Maria

The 30k service is included the brake fluid flush.
