07 Odessey-Going down steep grades & have to make stop, brakes sound like metal on metal. Have had at dealership 3 times, even met with factory rep. They say this is normal for 07 there is no problem. People riding in van ask what is wrong.

Hi there,

Have a softer set of compound pads fitted and get the rotors skimmed as well.
