car makes noise when driving.
took of rear wheel and turned axel and while turning it stops about every quarter turn feels like a dead spot.

Hi there,

remove the pads on the brake and see if you still have the tight spot, do this next.

i took of brakes and drum and just turned the hub its like bearing has flat spots. len
