Steering wheel shakes up and down about 1-2" and the car want to pull to the left. Car does have one new tire and three original tires. The one new tire is on the front left.

A tire could be separated which is the causing your steering wheel to shake. Do you noticed any unusual high spots in your tires? Are there any small or large cracks on the sidewall of your tires? These might help in the indication of what's wrong.
