My wife hit a bump and something happened in that the radio and dvd system do not work. There is absolutely no power getting to the thing. What is your suggestion? My fear is if we go to dealer, they will have to take out dash and pull them out. That will be quite costly I'm sure. Do you have a clue as to how much that may cost, or at least a rough estimate after labor and other costs are said and done? Anything I could do to work on it myself? Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi ryanmudd,

First check for a blown fuse.

Then check and see if the connector behind the radio has been dislodged.
