CAN FAULTY A/F SENSOR AFFECT EMMISSION TEST & MY VAN SHAKES WHENEVER I APPLY THE BRAKES. WHAT CAN CAUSE IT.

A faulty a/f sensor will affect the emission test, because the CEL will be on.
When you apply the brakes and it shakes, the front rotors are warped and it needs to be machine.
