2003 Honda Odyssey Shifting out of Park

Turn my van on and am unable to shift out of park. Engine works fine. On a sloped hill. Any suggestions as to problem or solution? Thanks

Hi Vicki Beckham,

Check if the brake lights are coming on when brake is depressed.If the brake lights do not work, you would not be able to shift out of park.
