The interlock is malfunctioning and most of the time the cause is the brake switch of fuse.
Check if the brake lights are working. If no, you should check the brake fuse and/or bpedal switch.
You can use the emergrncy shift lock to get it out of park by inserting the ignition key into the lock slot near the gear shift.
