2002 Honda Odyssey Odyssey hesitant to start

My van did not want to start in the Target parking lot. I had to crank it hard and gun the gas to get it going. It also makes a loud brief buzzing sound frequently upon starting that comes from the dashboard. The tank is full. It did this once before, but the tank was empty and the engine was cold. Thanks for any ideas that you might provide!

For a starter check the fuel pressure if okay test the engine coolant temperature sensor resistances
