Noises problem
2002 Honda Odyssey Automatic

THe rear humm noise from the rear is very loud. I got new tires but it didn't help its still really loud. I was thinking it might be the rear wheel bearings but am not sure. The noise is constant.

Hi mersberg,

Jack up rear of vehicle.
Release the handbrake.
Spin a rear wheel by hand.
Check for coarse noise and rough bearing noise by feeling the struts when the wheel is turning.
Repeat with the other wheel.

A bad bearing would emit some rough noise and could be felt on the struts.
