My AC unit is only blowing air at the full speed. Evidently, the dial that controls the flow is broken. I bought a used Heater/AC control unit online. It looks fine. It hase 3 dials and has a cut out space for the radio. I don't know how to install the unit. I don't know how to pull out the current unit from the dashboard. I don't see any screws. It looks like it pops in and out. I'm nervous that it pull on the unit, I might damage something. It looks like it simply plugs right in, but I know something is rarely that easy. Any suggestions, on pulling out the old unit from the dashboard and replacing the new one would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks James

Hi Jbaird,

I do not know if the model you have are tthe same as wht we have here.

If the meter cluster cover panel leads to the centre, then you need to remove it first by removing the 2 screws at the upper end.

Pul cover loose, they are attached with some spring clips at centre.

You can then access the screws holding the AC control.
