Something has broken on my turn signal lever. The function for turning on and off the lights still works but moving from high beam to low no longer operates.

Also, the lever has a great deal of play which first came about when the high to low beam function ceased.

I read your reply to racefan966 on 1-31 for the same problem with his 2007 Chevy.

Is the solution the same for my van?

Thank you

If it's sloppy then you probably need to replace the combination switch, remove the negative battery cable for a minute or two to disable the airbag, then follow these instructions.
COMBINATION SWITCH Removal & Installation (Accord, Odyssey & S2000) Disable air bag system. Remove steering wheel. See STEERING WHEEL. Remove cable reel. See AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS article. On Accord, remove driver's side instrument panel lower cover. On Odyssey, set steering column to neutral position (so centerline of column is in straight line). On all vehicles, remove steering column covers. Disconnect connectors from combination switch. Remove mounting screws and remove combination switch. To install, reverse removal procedure.
