My TCS indicator come on after driving for a few miles and stays on until engine is turn off also the check engine indicator light comes on too. Could the TCS indicator causes the check engine light to come on

Hi 99stehen,

Actually it should be the other way round.

The CEL takes precedence over any other indicator lights.

Get the trouble code scanned at any parts outlets.
Most provide free scanning services. Let me know the exact trouble code.

Most likely is is a misfiring trouble code and that would trip the TCS.
