I have a 1997 Honda Odyssey, took for a smog test and check engine lite was on. The tech said it would not pass with lite on. Checked the code and was a cylinder 2 misfire. Smog test failed said emissions were very high.

Any ideas what it could be. Wondering if it is something I can try to do or how much money it might take to fix it.

Appreciate any info. Thanks!

Hi stacilcee, Welcome to 2carpros and TY for the donation

A specific cylinder misfire should lead you to check the sparkplug, compression and injector for that cylinder-

High emission on HC/CO could be the catalytic converter or air injection pump
