Hi there,
Jack up can and place on stands, remove front wheels, back off steering shaft lock nut, (the nut that is locked up against the end of the tie rod on the steering shaft) remove split pin and loosen tie rod end nut, using tie rod end breaker tool separate tie rod from steering arm, remove nut and unwind tie rod end counting turns as it come off so you can set the toe to about the correct position, remove shaft lock nut, remove boot clamps and slide or cut off old boot, re fit in reverse procedure, always use new split pins and get an alignment done when you are finished.
