Car lost power on the HWY going uphill, my mechanic diagnosed that it was the VSS, I want to know where it is located on the engine. He said it is behind the pulley where the timing belt is. I have maintained the vehicle religiously, just had all the belts changed, timing too. Could he have knocked it?
