1995 Honda Odyssey pillar aerial (antenna)

1995 Honda Odyssey 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic N/A miles

I have the RA1 version of above and i am trying to remove the aerial that is loacated above the drivers door in the pillar. How do i go about doing this?
