When ever I turn left my car shuts off and starts back by itself. No engine light or anything pops up. Car just locks up.

Can you get a video of this? Is this every time you turn left or just some of the time?
Also, when you say it starts back by itself, what do you have to do in order get that to happen? Do you turn the wheel back straight and it starts?
I am thinking that the RPM is dropping and then picking back up and it looks like it is shutting off but just dropping really low.
Which is why we need to see a video of this. Also, we are going to have to start checking things like fuel pressure and battery voltage when this is happening.
You should have what is called electronic power steering so if when turning the wheel it is adding an additional electrical load which could be bogging the motor due to an issue already in the electrical system. This could just be a weak battery so let's follow these guides to check all this and then if you can get a video we can go from there.
