2001 Honda Insight Replacing ACC filter

2001 Honda Insight Front Wheel Drive Manual 87K miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
How do you get at the ACC filter to replace it? I know it is behind the glove box. Does the glove box swing down some how? (Honda Insight)

Hi eyeofhonda, Glove box and central lower cover removal required if equipped with AC system. Cut and dispose the plastic base in Fig 1.
