A/C does not work

I need some help for my cart. My A/C does not work. I can control blower low to high. But A/C system does not turn on. Also, vent control does not work. Only blew from front. I checked fuses and water. They are okay. I even changed control panel. It still same symptoms. Is anybody have idea?

Take the climate control unit out of the dash and check the A/C switch and also its associated soldered joints on the CCU circuit board for the required electrical continuity. I think the joints may expand when it is hot and so fail to maintain electrical continuity. This is just like the notorious main relay's soldered joints on older Honda's. I re-soldered my CCU's A/C switch joints on my 1993 Civic last summer and I am waiting for really hot weather to see if this fixed it.

After the all research, I found self diagnosing program which showed #7 (air mix control motor is open). Now, I need to replace it. I have to figure out hot change it.
