2008 Honda Element Throttle Cleaning and Engine Flush

My dealer recommends these in addition to a 30K service. Do I need to spend the nearly $200 for these additional services?

Hi mformica,

NO, I would never ever recommend engine flush furthermore the mileage is rather low for the engine to be contaminated.

As to the throttle body cleaning, if you do not have any idling issues, forget about it for now.
