2004 Honda Element compressor not engaging - system charged

2004 Honda Element 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

my question is about the air conditioner. The clutch does not engage, the system charge is full. I have looked for the low pressure switch but cannot locate it, any help appreciated.

There is a temp sensor that goes on these, it is located on the compressor.
