2003 Honda Element rear stabilizer bar

rattle in rear of car mechanic told me it was the rear stabilizer links they look fine to me can they be tightened or do they need to be replaced?

Hello –

Not a very big item but they do need to be replaced if bad. There is no way to just tighten them. I am only showing about $15 each from the dealer………..

So if they are bad…then yes my friend….I would go ahead and change them. You have about 140K on your vehicle so that is pretty normal…..
