Hi there,

The main causes for over heating is lack of coolant due to a leak internal or external, get a system pressure test done to check for external leaks, faulty thermostat, blocked radiator, faulty pressure cap, failure of the cooling fans to turn on, faulty water pump, have these items inspected.
