2003 Honda Element Air conditioning cools and others times

Air Conditioning problem
2003 Honda Element 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

my question is sometimes air is cool, others times it blows hot air? somebody told me it could be the blower or the compressor?

Could be due to air and moisture forming ice and blocking of the orifice tube-try have it vacuumed out
