Just wodering if I could get detailed instructions on how to replace my window motor? whats the easiest way? And does it slide up and out? Or do you have to take the metal part of the door off to do it?

R & R door panel, use single edge razor blade to remove plastic. Try to get window posistioned so you can see 2 bolt heads that hold window to regulater rail. remove bolts, holding window w/ 1 hand so it does not drop, remove window up & out. Unbolt motor & take it out through hole in metal. It just takes a little finagle`n. You may have to move rail forward or back to get it out.
