1993 Honda Del Sol running hard

After my car warms up the idle goes way down and my car feels like it is going to stall out then it rebounds and drops again. When speeding up in 1,2,3 gear it spudders and jerks till i get up to speed then it is fine. It only does this when the engine is cold. i can not figure out what is wrong.

Check for proper fuel pressure at the rail. Also check for STRONG spark.

Note: You will have spark, when you test your ignition, however you need to make sure it is bright and white/blue. If it is a dull orange you got an ignition issue.
