88 crx brakes

I have an 88 CRX that I occasionally drive, the brakes were going on it so we took it to a repair shop they said it was the master cylinder. We replace that, still had problems, took it to another they said the lines needed replaced, did that. Still having problems, the brakes tend to lock up on me when its been sitting on a hot day, any suggestions on what to replace next?

I would determine if all the brakes are locking up. Is it one. Temp differences are tell tale indicators. If it is one or two I would suspect a caliper on the front and the bendix assembly on the drums.
