1991 Honda CRX starting

I have a Honda CRX it will not start when it is cold outside. If I keep it in the garage, starts just fine, but if it sits outside for 5 or 6 hours it has great diificulty. Any suggestions what it might be?

When it doesn't start test for good spark and fuel.

If you have both, I'd check the resistance of the ECT to ensure it's reading properly.
